Quartz vanity tops.
Owner's closet removed from entrance hall.
Heated tile installed in entrance hall and both baths.
New carpet in bedrooms and on stairs.
New paint everywhere.

•Completely redesigned kitchen; most base cabinets are drawers. Countertops are quartz.
•Replaced all furniture; corner booth that seats 6 plus counter on peninsula (at table height) with 3 more chairs.
•All new appliances and plumbing fixtures.
•Cut down wall of former kitchen (far left) to add more light.
•Maple cabinets; glass doors on both sides of upper peninsula cabinets for added light.
•Floor to ceiling broom cabinet.
•Added light fixtures over stairwell, in downstairs hall and over booth dinette.
• Hunter Douglas Luminette blind w/remote control over sliding doors.
•All walls and woodwork painted

The picture above was taken during construction, just after the booth was installed. Cabinets were put along entire wall of former dining & kitchen areas. Wall to right of refrig. in "Before" picture was cut down for more light. Peninsula includes sink and dishwasher on other side of bar, which is at table height for 3 chairs. Below, the booth and new railing, after furniture arrived.
